Provides oversight on permitting procedures, code interpretations, and inspection readiness. Serves as the company's authority on licensing requirements across all Florida jurisdictions.
Director of Operations
Manages day-to-day field operations, crew scheduling, and project delivery timelines. Implements quality control processes from initial site assessment through final inspection. Coordinates equipment procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure every project meets Quick Air's standards.
Director of Customer Support
Leads Quick Air's 24/7 customer support team, handling inbound service requests, emergency dispatching, and post-installation follow-up. Develops training programs for support staff and implements satisfaction tracking systems. Ensures every homeowner receives responsive, respectful communication from first call to project completion.
Director of Funding Assistance
Guides homeowners through financing applications, PACE program enrollment, rebate eligibility, and incentive program navigation. Works directly with lending partners and program administrators to streamline approvals. Ensures all funding guidance is transparent, compliant, and tailored to each homeowner's financial situation.
VP of Growth
Drives market expansion into new Florida service areas, builds strategic partnerships with manufacturers and distributors, and oversees brand development initiatives.
