Terms of Service

By accessing or using https://quickairandplumbing.com, requesting a quote, scheduling service, purchasing equipment, enrolling in a maintenance plan, or otherwise engaging with Cool AC LLC (DBA Quick Air & Plumbing, "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you," "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or the property where work will be performed.

Cool AC LLC is a Florida limited liability company doing business as Quick Air & Plumbing. We hold Florida DBPR license #CAC1823018 (Certified Air Conditioning Contractor, Cert Air, Class B). Verify license status at MyFloridaLicense.com.

We provide residential and commercial HVAC, indoor air quality, insulation, ductwork, water treatment, impact windows and doors, hurricane and roof upgrades, generators, electrical resilience, and related Florida home upgrade and storm protection services. Service availability varies by region; see Service Areas.

Scope of any specific job will be set out in a written estimate, proposal, work order, or signed contract ("Service Agreement"). Where the Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls for that specific job.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Final pricing may change if site conditions, code requirements, equipment availability, or project scope differ from what was assumed in the estimate. Any material change will be communicated before additional work is performed.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH, check, and approved third-party financing. Returned checks and chargebacks may incur a fee permitted by Florida law.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by Florida law, plus reasonable collection costs and attorneys' fees.

You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the work site, including informing us of pets, hazards, and any HOA or condominium rules that affect the project. Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to emergencies, weather, or traffic. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Non-emergency appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may incur a trip fee.

Express Written Consent. By providing your phone number and/or email address to us, including through our contact forms, by phone, on a Service Agreement, or in any other written or electronic communication, you expressly authorize Quick Air & Plumbing, our affiliates, and our service providers to contact you using that information for the purposes described below, including by means of an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, ringless voicemail, SMS (text), MMS, RCS, and email.

Purposes. Communications may include: appointment confirmations and reminders; technician arrival notifications; quotes, estimates, and follow-up; service updates and dispatch information; warranty and maintenance plan notices; financing and rebate follow-up; satisfaction surveys; account, billing, and payment notices; safety, recall, and code-compliance notices; and customer service responses to your inquiries.

Not a Condition of Purchase. Consent to receive marketing or promotional autodialed calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still receive transactional service communications (for example, appointment confirmations) that are necessary to complete a service you have requested.

Message Frequency, Rates & Carriers. Message frequency varies based on your account and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help & Opt-Out.

• SMS opt-out: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from further texts from that program. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (877) 838-2508 or support@quickairandplumbing.com.
• Email opt-out: Click the "unsubscribe" link in any email or visit /unsubscribe. Transactional emails related to active service requests may continue.
• Call opt-out: Ask any representative to add you to our internal Do-Not-Call list, or email support@quickairandplumbing.com with the subject line "Do Not Call." We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.

Call Recording. For quality, training, dispatch accuracy, and dispute resolution, inbound and outbound calls may be monitored or recorded consistent with Florida's two-party consent law. By continuing the call after our recording notice, you consent to the recording.

Caller ID & SHAKEN/STIR. Caller ID information we display has been authenticated under industry SHAKEN/STIR standards where supported. We do not spoof numbers, sell or rent your phone number for telemarketing by unrelated third parties, or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Wrong Number. If you are not the intended recipient of a communication from us, please reply STOP or notify us at support@quickairandplumbing.com so we can correct our records.

Mobile Information & Third Parties. No mobile information collected through our SMS programs (phone number, SMS opt-in status, consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subprocessors that operate our messaging, scheduling, and CRM infrastructure solely to deliver the services you requested.

We are a permit-first company. Where a permit is required by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), we will pull the appropriate permit and arrange for inspections. Permit fees, if not included in the original estimate, are passed through at cost or as disclosed in the Service Agreement.

Customer-supplied equipment or work performed contrary to our written recommendations may void warranties and may not pass inspection. We will not knowingly perform work that violates Florida Building Code or local ordinances.

Labor warranties, equipment warranties, and parts warranties are set out in the Service Agreement and the manufacturer's warranty documentation. Warranty terms vary by product and installation. Warranties may be voided by tampering, lack of required maintenance, unauthorized repairs, power surges, acts of God, or use outside the equipment's rated conditions.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW.

Maintenance and protection plans (including plans starting at $9.99/month) are governed by their own plan terms, which are incorporated by reference. Plans may be cancelled at any time; pro-rated refunds, if any, are governed by the plan document. Visit volunteer /plans for current plan details.

We facilitate introductions to third-party lenders and Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program administrators. We are not a lender. All financing offers are made by independent third parties and are subject to credit approval. Not everyone qualifies. Terms, interest rates, fees, and eligibility vary by lender, program, and applicant.

PACE is a financing option repaid through assessments on your property tax bill. PACE is not a rebate, grant, or government subsidy. PACE assessments are a lien on your property and may affect refinancing or sale. Read all PACE program disclosures carefully before signing. See /financing/pace.

Utility rebates (including FPL, Duke Energy, LCEC, and others), federal tax credits, and state or local incentives are administered by third parties and depend on program rules, equipment eligibility, funding availability, timing, and your individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any rebate, credit, or incentive. Tax matters should be reviewed with a qualified tax advisor.

The Quick Air Energy Affordability Program and the Quick Air Seniors Protection Program are proprietary programs created and operated by Quick Air & Plumbing. They are not government, utility, or non-profit programs. Eligibility criteria, benefits, and availability are set by us and may change without notice.

Savings calculators, ROI tools, payback estimators, and similar tools on this site are provided for general informational purposes only. Results are estimates based on assumptions you provide and average industry data. They are not guarantees of actual savings, performance, or financial outcomes.

You represent that any information you submit through our contact forms, reviews, surveys, or otherwise is true, accurate, and yours to share. Do not submit confidential health information, government identifiers, or payment card data through our standard contact forms. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to provide services, operate our business, and respond to your request.

The Quick Air & Plumbing name, logo, site design, copy, graphics, photography, and code are owned by Cool AC LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, frame, or use any portion of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our site may link to third-party websites, including affiliated organizations such as American Safety Standards, American Green Savings California, American Energy Savings Group, and Consumers Energy Services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites. Network or cross-brand statistics, where shown, are clearly labeled and are not combined with Quick Air & Plumbing's own direct customer proof.

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL COOL AC LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $500, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cool AC LLC and its affiliates from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the website, or (c) inaccurate information you provide to us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to Section 21, the exclusive venue for any action arising out of these Terms is in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Informal Resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@quickairandplumbing.com or (877) 838-2508 and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration. Except for small-claims-court actions and claims for injunctive relief, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or our services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Broward County, Florida, or by remote hearing.

Class Action Waiver. You and we agree that claims may only be brought in an individual capacity, not as a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person.

TCPA Carve-Out. Nothing in this section limits your ability to file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Trade Commission, or Florida Attorney General regarding alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or similar consumer-protection laws.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to 1221 Brickell Ave, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, Attn: Legal, Arbitration Opt-Out, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the website or services after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
